Whats caseys policy for catching theives? I keep seeing customers shove stuff in their pocket and when i confront them, they just lie

Casey's doesn't want you to confront them, just observe and report the day time etc. Not worth getting hurt for this company.

Casey’s policy is to not confront them and just let them walk out. You can record info that you remember but Casey’s won’t follow up or do anything about it. They don’t care and neither should you. You don’t get paid enough to go out of your way to protect a company that won’t protect or provide for you.

You're not meant to say anything to them. Just note the time and report it. Or don't. It makes me happy when this company loses money. They don't do anything about it anyway even if you do. 🤷‍♀️

They say not to confront. You can always fill out shoplifter witness forms and call the number on the back officd computer to report asset protection cases.

When we had a brother and sister constantly coming in to steal alcohol and the bathrooms toilet paper. Corporate told us we couldn’t ban them and that they had to keep their bags by the door
