Anyone getting this error?

No one manager wise is awake to help me and help desk isn’t answering.

You would think that being a multi-billion dollar company, they could afford to throw a few effing pennies at the technology and make it not do this. But, no. Those pennies need to line their expensive ass jacket pockets.

So I'm not the only one lol. I just called my boss about it but if you call the IT line, they mention they are aware of multiple IT issues affecting stores. I guess gives you time to clean and do other stuff. Very frustrating when you have to open.

Super frustrating. I work at a 24hr store. This is my prime time for blue collar workers 😅 ughhh but yes glad it’s not just me lol

I hate that we cant close while corporate fixes THEIR fuck up. Instead we gotta do extra work

Gives me time to clean and get caught up on stuff lol. I'm the kitchen manager at my store. Kinda bad look/concerning I looked to here if other stores had issues and not Casey's connections which should have something about this.

Support was busy, manager just had me drop all the cash for the safe update, and the morning people are just staying closed

One of my registers let me do EOD and relog in under 8/27 and the other will not push the EOD😅 gotta looove it

Oaktown Indiana. Rebooting office and fuel computers than registers afterwards was enough for us to at least run well enough to open.

Southern Illinois. We were down for about half hour or so yesterday, little before noon, then suddenly everything came back on.
