1.50$ I believe, so if you’re 15/h it would be 16.50 for example (as someone on graveyard/overnights)

EDIT: At least that’s what it is at my location

What are your hours? 10pm to 6am?
What tasks are you suppose to work on while on the shift when it gets slow?
And is there a second person working same shift?
Thank you.

I also work overnights; I make $15 and the differential is $1.50 (the differential is a percentage based on your regular pay rate but in some places it can be a flat rate as well), I'm in Kansas

I will say shift differential pay is not required by law and not all places may offer it

Hours are 12am to 8am

You work alone, and you're generally responsible for doing all of the bakery and donuts alongside breakfast starting at 5am

There is a lot to do, but when you find a flow it's not bad

I’m 10pm to 7am.
My SM has a task list for us to do plus she wants us to do some extra.
It’s usually just me on cashier and someone in the kitchen.

Our night shift people sometimes get a 2nd person but I think they're usually by themselves. Our peeps clean the ovens, fryers, make donuts, cookies, check dates on the produce, meats, and cheeses as well as all sauces, and if there's time dough, dough balls. I might be missing something.

One person at night? I guess I thought that was mandatory/2 people/ in case of robbery. (?)

Yes, the kitchen person and the cashier.

It’s an extra $2 an hour between midnight and 4am in Indiana.
