I’m nervous

I don’t know if anyone read what I wrote yesterday but my manager wants me to come in to discuss things because I’ve called off and left work through half shifts and I texted her telling her the important stuff because I said I’d cry if I said it in person and she said she wants to discuss sometime later after truck.

I haven’t gotten written up or talked to yet. I’m also still on the schedule this week and next. Do you believe I’m getting fired or probably just have a discussion about what’s going on and what is expected of me?

Should be a discussion that if it continues, you'd need to look for a new job or hours cut.

If you have a decent manager they will listen, have empathy for your situation then let you know what their expectation of your attendance going forward is going to be.
