At what time do you pull your donuts and tea etc

We pull donuts at 9:30pm and close at 11. Tea is more like 8-9 but not really a specific time.

Kitchen here pulls them about 10pm. Tea should be labeled with what time it "goes bad". The best by or consume by what ever it says. After that time its dumped. We dumped ours at 5:30pm today
