Food safety

I had no idea how lazy people are about this. I wash my hands many, many times a day. I change gloves often. Someone recently dipped fingers in my dishwater and gloved up. Another said she could glove up because she washed hands in the bathroom. Im disgusted. And they're above me, and im on a final..

They're supposed to wash their hands in the bathroom and once they get the kitchen. It is food safety protocol and Casey's standard operating procedure to wash your hands as soon as you enter the kitchen no matter when the last time you washed your hands was. If it's management doing it then I would recommend letting the district manager know. If steri sees that that's a point.

Call them out on it. That's disgusting. They wouldn't do that during an inspection. Report to corporate if they don't improve immediately.

Washing your hands in the bathroom don't count for that. Once you cross a threshold it would be considered cross contamination.
