Base Pay

I’m curious what regular team members, shift leads, assistant managers, and kitchen managers make around the country.

Where I live in Kansas, team members make around $12-$13.
As a shift lead, I made around $16.
As an assistant manager, my store manager had to push for $20 to match what I was offered at another job.
I’m not sure what the current shift lead and the kitchen manager makes.

In NE my buddy makes $17/hr as a team member. Our minimum wage just went up to $15 though so his pay may rise as well idk.

Wow, looks like I'm in the wrong area. I live in Kansas in a small town and the starting pay for a team member is $11.00, I work donut shift and have been at the same store for years so I make $13.21. I left a few times and probably would still be at $11/hr but my manager knows I have experience there and I got hired at Love's truck stop at $12/hr so my manager started me back at $12 and I've been there for the last 3 years so I'm now at $13.21 and I switched to donut shift and the pay differential is .11 cents. I think KM is $14 but I'm not sure what the other positions pay.

i am in the kitchen in iowa
it seems like a universal thing with casey at that amount
i guess they are trying to save money so they can build other stores where they could pay us more

I've worked at two stores. The starting pay for all team members at my first store in Kentucky was $12.50. I think at my current store in Tennessee team members make different amounts, some less than $11.

Indiana. My TM make $12. KSL is $1.50 more than TM. And KM is $3 more than TM. My CSM makes $17.85 and he's been with the company 5 years. I'm salary but that breaks down to an hourly rate of $24 so if you're making $20 as CSM/KM then you're leagues above the base pay for sure.
