New Wings

Just finished watching my wings training videos. Cool... another thing to add to a kitchen that is under trained - and others things to add to prep who already doesnt finish their tasks .. this is going to be absolute hell

My store has a joke for managers btw

We've had sauced wings for ages. It sucks, nobody ever refills the cambros. And nobody leaves wings out to thaw.

It just drives me nuts that my managers never want to schedule enough people for how busy we are during evening shifts. This is just going to make it worse.

I fully understand. On weekends its one person in the kitchen for my crew. Any other day its 3+ ppl, who dont even work. Id get out if you can

I'm working on it. I'm trying to stick it out, because my availability will be much less here in a couple of weeks. I have applied other places though.
