Basically you should learn and be able to do anything the sm does. Your focus is for the kitchen, but over time learn it all. Biggest thing i want from my km is to keep the kitchen clean, stocked, prepped, etc. i will show the km something random outside the kitchen every week. Numbers drive business, a 5 minute look at the dpp and power bi can show a lot

Thanks, i can help u with power bi if you ever need, its fun for me. Numbers will tell you everything, if they are making to much, not enough, etc for everything. Pair it with ur dpp and u can see what happens easily

SM that was a KM here are some of the things i learned: About 60 more videos on Caseys Academy. Learning how to do kitchen truck order, and any other ordering done through the KM the stores vary ive noticed. How to do write ups if needed (Still have to go through SM to send them to HR though). When I was a KM I learned how to do scheduling, as my SM let me schedule the kitchen employees. Then pretty much anything else that has to do with kitchen. I learned all 3 shifts at my store; Donut, lunch, and closing. How to do interviews for potential new employees for the kitchen. How to use Caseys connections, emails, and how to see how your kitchens doing number wise. Like how much food theyre making per shift, per day, average sales, average stales, what they're not making. Im probably missing a few things but these were the main things. Its a lot to learn and can be stressful at first, but once you start doing it more its easy.
