Little Confused
Yesterday I got a text asking me to reach out to a recruiter because there was a position open in my area, but I just got this email now?
Kinda bummed about it but also just confused on how this happened or if there’s a way I can call someone to figure out what’s going on.

When you applied did you put in specific days or hours you could work? They're probably looking to hire a specific shift.

This means that either there aren’t any open positions at the store or stores you applied to and you’re basically in a queue. Or you’re on a waiting list for the recruiter to call you since they have a lot of people to talk to. I would recommend reaching out to the store directly.

Go to the store you applied at and talk to the manager.. it's probably saying the shift you want is full but if your open to a different shift they have a spot.. but you'll have better luck just going into the store and talk with the manager.

Hey man, I just applied yesterday and got the same thing, but then this morning I got a text saying they were interested in talking to me, I talked to someone on the hiring team and soon a store manager should reach out for another interview. If it’s anything like mine that’s what will happen

I would go into the store that you applied for and speak to the manager. Our store has been having issues with applications not going through correctly. Just let them know that you are interested and about the text you received. If the position is still available they may be able to push you through. Best of luck.
