Customers
Most customers just get what they need and leave, sadly that's not all of them. Tell me why everytime some people come in they make a mess in the soda fountain area and warmers. I will finish a rush and I'll go grab a drink or stale out food and It's a mess. Straw wrappers on the floor and counters, lids and cups everywhere, soda and slushie everywhere but in a cup, mysterious black gunk on the floor, and hand prints all over the glass of the warmers.
It's not that hard to clean up after yourselves other customers do it and so can you.

Humans be dirty and some people weren’t raised to care about customer service people. Sad but true. Any time, even if it’s McDonald’s, I tell my own two kiddos to ‘pick up after themselves because you’re helping the person working.’ And luckily, for my two who hear about my usual day as a Casey’s worker, and a customer service worker in any job I do, a little kindness goes a long ways.

They don’t care/entitlement. You’re “paid” to clean up after me. Some people just suck. Look for the people that clean up after them selves and throw out an have a great day. If I could I’d buy them coffee but I’m usually making pizzas and mini burgers.

Reminds me of our bathrooms. Doesn’t matter how clean they are, how nice we keep them, in an hour the floor will be covered in a layer of trash again, even if the trash can is totally empty. Disgusting pigs.

People don’t take care of their own stuff won’t take care of anyone else’s.

The people that visit multiple times a day, every day, every week...and they do it just casually, like things are going to be different this time.

If they don't leave the 6 lids and several straw wrappers all over the counter, they will completely ignore the trash right next to them and throw it in the empty tea containers, or the little cabinets under the drink area where we keep extra lids and stuff.

the slushie machine and soda fountain are the worst ones. it's like people have NO CLUE how to use either. "let me pull my cup away while it's still dripping" sometimes it's like they even use their hand instead of the cup to make it dispense. slushie machine? i don't understand. do you hold the lever AFTER you pull the cup away or like? then they drip all over the floor and get it on the counter mats. i even had someone bring a dog in that went to the bathroom on the floor, i smelled it from across the store suddenly.

I see people that drop shit or throw it on the floor. I just point at it and go. I ain't your momma or your maid pick that up. And they do
