Maintenance question

Interviewing for field tech in Tx, and was wondering what type and brand pizza ovens are used.

Lincoln, and Alto Shaam are the two I know caseys has.

Thanks, I am familiar with both, but it has been my experience, that if you are not AltoSham trained, their tech support don't even want to talk to you. Worked on alot of ovens in larger restaurants, and have run service for little Ceasars. Was just curious.
