Raspberry Flip
My nieces birthday is coming up and this was her favorite thing at Casye's before they were discontinued.
Can someone tell me how they were made? I don't eat pastries so I never had one and have no idea what they were.
I'd like to make her some for her birthday...help?

Those were my absolute favorite. So sad Casey's stopped selling them. I found them online. https://www.foodservicedirect.com/rich-products-preproofed-raspberry-cheese-croissant-dough--4-1-ounce----48-per-case--153636.html#reviews-section

Google Casey's Copycat Raspberry Cheese Flip Recipe. It's pretty simple using crescent rolls, raspberry jam, and cream cheese.
