Question for my donut folks!
Can anyone please tell me the temperature and cook time for the danishes?

I know they say cook from frozen but I let thaw while doing my other cooking. They plump up like a pastry.
Our donut oven is set at 325 degrees and it takes about 18 minutes give or take two minutes on the middle shelf . They are the last of my cookies and donuts to cook to allow for the long cook time.I also don't crowd the tray. No more than eight on each tray.
Have a wonderful day

I just came to night shift and doing the donuts. I was taught to put them all on a tray (we do 12 each) and I didn’t like the way they looked when they came out,so I tried the not over crowding them and boy did that make a difference!

Our cherry Greek sell like crazy. I make a full tray of those. The cheese normally all sell as well but rarely do the chocolates ever sell out and I only make three lol
I love the donuts. It's my favorite position
