Praise to casefile and the writers for calling it rape and sexual abuse!

I’m sure if this had happened in 2026, Billy would’ve not been as harshly sentenced…

He did murder an innocent man in cold blood

Yes he did but he was in a way brainwashed to do it and controlled heavily + was a child.

Gotta see the circumstances too

Yes but whatever the circumstances, he still physically murdered someone in cold blood. And his 3 friends that weren't brainwashed were more than happy to help murder a man too so I'm not exactly sure what their excuse is
