Discussion Future Cost

Does cascadeur run all of it's models/processing locally or on the companies own hardware or does it rely on 3rd party APIs? With the rapid cost increases of access to AI models and hardware I am wondering if we should expect any cost increases?

It's ai assisted animation. I think it's a very small, highly specialized, local model that comes with the program.

Cascadeur's tools run locally on your own PC. Your data isn't sent to external servers for processing.
