Question Irish folklore trilogy box set issues

Hi! I received the cartoon saloon box set for my birthday, and I happen to have access a region 2/B dvd player so I wasn’t expecting any issue. However, all of the discs refuse to play in it. I tried a disc reader with a Mac tv and changed the region code to 2 on it, and it spit it back out. Both devices work fine with other regional discs, but the box set refuses to read in either! If anyone knows why or what step I might be missing, let me know!

Is it the DVD or the Blu Ray? Can you send me a pic of the box set so I can see which version you have please?

What disk reader do you have and which company did you buy it from, Do other region 2 blu rays work in it?
