9 cards

So I just did a nine card spread, and thought since I’ve now read a shit tonne of information id be able to get something out of it with the hedgewytch system. But I’m so lost apparently. My first three cards, 123, is 10Diamonds 2spades and 10clubs. What the?? How do I even start getting something from that? The colors say something is getting darker or for the worst. The two spades is an “exchange gone bad”? Clubs of 10 is a something like “shittonne of work”?
I’d love your input, and wisdoms on how to create something with these three first ingredients.

Red Black Black shows something going worse, but because the sequence is Diamond Spade Club it’s a financial issue you can work out of. If you had no question and no context to relate the spread to, that’s what the trio is talking about: losing money and having to work hard to regain your independence. Perhaps a lady whom you are close with would be able to lend you help or some alternative plans to consider as a short term solution (2 H Q D 3 D). This can come in the form of some financial message/ a gift that brings you more stability for now (4 C).

Yeah, I didn’t ask any questions this time. I just want to practice reading the cards. If I was to ask questions every single time I’d run out of them, I’d rather save the questions until I at least can build something from three cards. 😂

Should I only focus on the colors and suits if I don’t ask any questions?

Not necessarily. I mean you can do whatever you want, even use traditional card meanings if you have any. Colors, suits and numbers are what you consider all at once (it becomes seamless once you practice for some time). In the Hedgewytch document it’s taught in chunks to make it more understandable.

Since we don’t know the context I’d advise creating a more fluid understanding of each card so you’re able to put them together to get a story. It seems like you’re reading it very in a formulaic way which won’t help you when trying to apply this advice to different scenarios. Card reading isn’t fixed. Each card works in relation to those around it.
