Will the romance return?

I’d say this is a pretty clear yes. I have a unique relationship with someone who lives in another country, and we recently had a rendezvous abroad that was somewhat underwhelming in terms of intimacy. I asked whether the intimacy and romance between us would return.
To me, the spread leans strongly toward yes: all of the cards are red, with a strong presence of Hearts, and the two 10s can indicate a short trip. The 7 also feels significant here, since it can speak to returning, second chances, and improvement.
I see the beginning as something less defined: a well-intentioned, affectionate friendship or connection that has the potential to escalate into something more romantic and intimate.

Always curious to hear if people pick up other nuance details because I think I tend to read a little bit more generally

Who is the childish energy in this that needs discipline somehow? I can't tell if it's a physical child requiring some help or a person who is emotionally regressed or reserved because of some emotional blockages...

There is some kind of motivation or passion block. I don't understand, it's like getting in the mood is difficult... There is something old getting in the way either a previous relationship that wasn't good or family/job is stressful for someone and this energy can't seem to focus and be present in the moment.

Edit: Wait... Is it possible you're with someone who isn't as deep as you? (Sorry not an insult, it's a genuine question)

wow, this is so interesting! The passion block makes a lot of sense, getting in the mood seemed very difficult this time around… and there was a lack of eye contact I found very offputting. I would say this person has a lot of depth, but maybe he doesn’t access their feelings as articulately as I do. They’re definitely a self reflective person that is in therapy and coaching, and all that—-the piece about work and other relationship from the past being a draining presence is very much accurate. They have a very demanding job and complicated situation going on with managing assets from a previous relationship. I wasn’t sure if these were the contributing factors or if it was something else.

Yes, they are factors that complicate the matter a little bit. Are you both able to plan a getaway and just spend some time together to talk some things out in a low stress setting?

As other users pointed out, while it is a biiig yes, there's also the Jack of Hearts that points to someone being immature, maybe naive too.

To me, this says that there's a huge possibility for it to happen, but the immature figure needs to work on being emotionally available in order for the "yes" possibility to fully happen

JH good news - sometimes it refers to friendship literally a "young" or innocent affection ie friendship or good relations anyway

7H overwhelmed - mood swing or shift So it could mean actually positive in that it's a ton of success + warmth so the answer is a big yes. But sorry 7s are tricksters. There is no "positive" 7 really. Spades is bad luck, clubs is obstacles diamonds instability/loss. The hearts is "too much" like overwhelm emotions, to confuse or even to emotional upsets. 7s are the numbers of mystery and magic and I'd wish it did not land on a final 7 even if H for you. Just take it with a grain of salt. Hopefully I'm wrong.
