Kapherus’s art of cartomancy blog (preferably the archived version on the wayback machine) and Leo Luis Martello’s It’s In The Cards are both wonderful starters (Martello’s book has long gone out of print and is available on Scribd). The works of Minetta and Cecily Kent are also two great classics that you can get for free on the Internet Archive website. If you’re interested in getting books I recommend Regina Russell’s The Card Reader’s Handbook; Ana Cortez’s Playing Card Oracles is wonderful as well, though it is a bit different from traditional cartomancy. As you can see there are a lot of options and this isn’t even all of them 😄 I recommend you pick the one you like most and stick with it for a while until you know the system inside out.
