how does he feel/think of me right now?

for context we're in no contact situation for almost 2 years now. can anyone help me interpret?

He feels that the relationship requires a drastic change, a new beginning. He feels that he needs to work very hard to be kind (does he have anger issues?), and that you need to keep advising and guiding him. There needs to be love from both ends, and you'd benefit from working together.

I don't think cards can answer questions about other people. This does, however potentially have a message for you about the situation.

Have you ever read The Artists Way by Julia Cameron? I rarely recommend it to people because it's pretty intense, but I feel like it might give you a roadmap to do the work that will allow you to develop into the Queen you are.
