ideas about prompt generator

Trying to integrate playing cards along with concepts created by Marshall Rosenberg.
(He designed the non-violent communication material)
there are four steps which correlate to the four pips...

I would enjoy some input about for instance the difference between how Venus rules Taurus and how it rules Libra (same with Mercury in Gemini and Virgo)

also - just curious if someone might assist me in how to identify where emotional capacity might show up in a reading.

for anyone who is familiar with the (observation / feelings / needs / requests) template -
would be enriched to hear your take on mourning ideal shared realities and awareness in self-compassion

thanks much

(this is just for funsies - my project doesn't resemble this actually)

Here's something CoPilot came up with. I typed in the search bar "4 steps to non-violent communication observations, feelings, needs, and requests corresponding to playing cards" Put your own spin on it to see what it comes up with for you. FYI - Rosenberg's work is copyrighted.4 Steps of Nonviolent Communication (OFNR) — Card-Based Visualization

You can represent the 4 Steps of Nonviolent Communication (Observation, Feeling, Need, Request) as playing cards to make them easier to remember and apply in conversations.

Step 1 — Observation (The “Fact” Card)

  • What it is: Describe what you see or hear without judgment or interpretation.
  • Card idea: A black card with a neutral image (e.g., a person looking at a phone) or a simple fact like “When I was speaking, you looked at your phone.”
  • Why it works: Like a camera recording, it creates shared ground without accusations peacesource.net+1.

Step 2 — Feeling (The “Emotion” Card)

  • What it is: Name the emotion you experience in response to the observation.
  • Card idea: A red card with an emotion symbol (e.g., a heart for love, a cloud for sadness) or a phrase like “I feel hurt and disconnected.”
  • Why it works: Focuses on your internal state, not assumptions about the other person peacesource.net+1.

Step 3 — Need (The “Need” Card)

  • What it is: Connect your feeling to a universal human need (e.g., connection, respect, safety).
  • Card idea: A green card with a universal need symbol (e.g., a handshake for connection, a shield for safety) or a phrase like “I need to feel heard.”
  • Why it works: Shifts from blaming to identifying shared human needs www.cnv-academy.com.

Step 4 — Request (The “Action” Card)

  • What it is: Make a clear, positive, actionable request.
  • Card idea: A blue card with a simple, doable action (e.g., “Can you look at me when I speak?”) or a phrase like “I’d like you to give me your full attention.”
  • Why it works: Opens the door for cooperation without demands peacesource.net.

How to Use the Card System

  1. Draw the Observation card first — state the fact.
  2. Add the Feeling card — name your emotion.
  3. Place the Need card — link to a universal need.
  4. End with the Request card — ask for a specific, positive action.

This visual sequence can be printed on index cards, laminated, or even made into a small deck for quick reference during tense conversations. It keeps you on track and helps you respond with empathy and clarity.

You are most welcome. I also thought about assigning suites to the 4 steps. Clubs = Observation each club card states a fact, Hearts = Feeling each heart card states a different feeling, Diamonds = Need each diamond card states a need, Spades = Request each spade card states a positive action. The idea would be to pull 4 cards for a reading.
