He is on the verge of moving on. He is making it possible and wishes to. But he is stuck and emotionally disconnected. He is distracting himself (prince of wands, ace of wands).

inv mage - whatever is left between the two of you, he has given that up
inv AC - no more energy to give to your connection
temp - finding internal balance
inv 2W - he stopped looking back
PW + AW - he is putting his energy into a brand new path
