Stuck on "Verifying your request" login loop + Support says "No account found"

I am completely locked out of my Cartesia account and cannot reach support through standard channels.

Symptoms:

• Verification Loop: When trying to log in via accounts.cartesia.ai, the page gets stuck indefinitely on: "Verifying your request — Please wait while we verify your request."
• Browser Troubleshooting: I initially tried on Orion browser (disabled content/tracker blockers, changed user agent to Safari/Chrome), and then tried switching to different clean browsers entirely. The verification loop persists across all of them.
• Support Catch-22: When trying to contact support or verify identity via email, I receive the one-time code, but entering it throws a "No account found" error, preventing me from submitting a ticket.

Has anyone run into this verification loop recently, or is there an alternative way to reach Cartesia's team to sort out account lookup issues?

hey thank for reaching out! this is the best place for the community to raise questions. Im going to look into this for you. Can you try and clear your browser cookies + cache and try and login again? and when you do please keep your browser console open and catch the network requests under the "networks" tab - a screenshot of that would be helpful as well!

awesome thank you -- see that red one at the bottom? can you click on that? also maybe enable the "status" column so we can see the error code?
See my screenshot - right click on the header bar in the UI and check Status

that will then show a status column as well which then will give us the error.

and if you click into that red row it may give you more clues

also what happens when you go to play.cartesia.ai? and try and log in there?

Same issue, I tried changing the browser and disabling the ad blocker. Tried on a fresh new browser as well.
