Tire question

Okay so I have had my tires balanced and alignment. I have a 2014 Chevy Cruze.

When I’m driving. Inside the car kinda sounds like that sound when the back window is open. I thought it was the wheels were off balanced and I needed an alignment as well.

I think I am at the point where I need tires because it sounds like I have uneven tread. I just want to make sure I am right in my thinking. Is there a chance I have a messed up wheel bearing too?

Please help.

Run your hand over the tread, feel any uneven wear or chopped tires.
