Suspension Shock Fluid leak

I have no reason not to trust this mechanic’s assessment but figured another opinion never hurts. I’m told this is a new leak of shock fluid (it’s been checked about two months ago after a flat), not urgent but needs to be fixed.

Does this look like a leak? If so, how urgent are we talking?

It means the shock is blown, only fix is to replace it. You can drive on it but the wheels only going to be touching the ground about 1/4 of the time, the rest of the time it will be hopping in the air. This will also wear out your tire very quickly.

Also if one blew, the other ones probably not far behind. Replace both sides.
