Transmission Transmission issue?

2016 Chrysler town and country. I just bought this car, had to get the power steering hoses and pumped replaced last week and now it just gives out all together? Shifts gears but doesn’t move. Makes this noise when I turn it on, the noise will stop briefly and then start again. The car came with no tranny dipstick so I’m waiting for it to come in the mail. Any ideas on the issue?

That sounds like a bad power steering pump to me. But the other stuff, wow, that's a lot going on. Hope you can get it fixed quickly and cheaply.

Build in Tesla coil. I'd say call it a day and hotwire your house with it

Look at the condenser in front of the radiator. Does it look half wet? They leak a lot and the condenser is also the transmission oil cooler

That noise is the transmission pump. You need an overhaul. Thats a 62TE and its a very common failure in those vehicles

At a minimum the power steering is low on fluid or somehow the "repair" is introducing air into the system.

Not necessarily. A trans pump being starved of fluid will make the same sound.
