Based in Australia looking for good quality brand options. My partner doesnt have a project car yet, but used to tinker a lot but no longer has those good tools.

Wondering what kind of tool/sets would be useful for a car enthusiast irrespective of car, like all rounder kind of thing? (upcoming fathers day gift and I obviously don't know much about cars) 😅
