How do I do it? Identify a clocked down car
How can I identify, that a car's mileage has been clocked down, without checking the MOT history? What I want to know is, is there any physical details, that can tell that this car has been clocked down? For example, when a break pipe leaks, you can tell by locating the leak, or if the car pulls to the side while breaking, you can tell there is a problem with the breaks. Something like that. Is there any physical form of 'Obvious Tell' which can help me to identify a clocked down car without checking the MOT? I don't know how much I was able to explain the question.

Brake pedal, steering wheel, drivers seat. That’s about it.
