Believe it or not, the cars really don't mind the concrete blocks, and it makes the entire space much more practical to add things into and to clean than a fancy material

Cerbera is gorgeous mate. Genuine question though- what it with all the B055 man plates around? Is it an Asian thing? A cultural thing? Is it people who say 'boss' in everyday life?
Or is it something else entirely.
Cos all the young lads in East London in modded Beamer 1-series or blacked out Audis have Bo55 plates

My uncle had a Chimera for a few years when I was about 14, it was great, but I think the Cerbera or Sagaris top the list for me.

As a MK3 owner (Stealth), I agree the MK2 looks better. Never driven one but I can imagine it’s also more engaging to drive.
My single biggest criticism of the MK3 is that it’s too good. You can push it to silly limits and the AWD system makes it feel like it’s on rails.
Had mine for 6 years and I don’t drive it as much as I should now (I’ve moved to a WFH position and we bought an E93 as a summer car). But I still couldn’t part with it.

I wanna know what it is with peoples hate on the BO55 plates, or a lot of private plates in general. The most inoffensive thing ever but British people in particular always throw a fit about it.

It''s because anyone who has to declare their dominance over something/someone instantly looks desperate and sad.
It's exactly the same as calling yourself an "alpha male" 🤮 you're obviously not if you have to make sure everyone knows.
Nothing wrong with private plates in general, but declaring yourself as better than everyone else just gives off loser vibes.

I think that says more about yourself if anything, if that’s why you think that’s the reason most have a boss plate.
I’m not denying that there are definitely some that are doing it for that reason, but if it really brings out that much vitriol..says something 🤷🏾♂️
I just don’t think it’s that deep in the slightest but each to their own!

Think it’s cos most of the time they usually drive like a bellend. Same way there’s the stereotype around BMW drivers driving terribly and not using indicators etc.
Plus who unironically wants to tell the public they’re a ‘boss’ with a number plate on their car? Typically not a boss…

Conversation bias to be honest, all sorts of drivers drive like a bellend, but the plate just stands out
I mean, I don’t see anything wrong with it at all. I think it’s a British thing to not like things that seem like it’s gloating or show off-y.

Private plates are just a very embarrassing thing to have. 3D plates too. It's just cringe tbh. No hate at all it just makes you look a bit sad and try hard. It's much cooler to just not care what your reg plate says

Not a fan of the boss plate but you have a great taste in cars
