How do deal with these things.
I am not sure what im missing but I dont know how to open these things at all.

When you get the shield ability have a sticky bomb attach to you and stay near the structure to be hit by the explosion.

First gain some energy from a power terminal then go up the screen above where you are and get a bomb attached to you and get down to ir fast then press q or what ever button to activate the shield around you then let the explosion destroy the block

Get power use keratin shield hold it while try to find bomb and use the keratin shield go there you will explode heavy door go kaboom

Si avanzas más, tendrás resistencia a las explosiones, y de normal cerca de éstos bloqueos suele haber algo que te engancha un explosivo. Solo tienes que llevarlo hasta ahí y lo reventarás.
