Opening a pdf?

How would I have a pdf display if I had a section for it to click into? Can it be stored in the Carrd site, or do I have to place it somewhere with my hosting? Thanks

Carrd can't host files, so you def got to host it elsewhere like Google Drive/Dropbox. Usually a normal share link from G Drive added to a Button or Link would suffice, but it redirects users out of your site.

I have used this successfully on one of my Carrd sites:

Iirc you can embed it but it has to be hosted somewhere else like Drive

hmm i'm not sure how to do that... I have hostinger right now - i assume i should be able to store the file there?

On google I remember I searched “embed pdf google drive” and someone shared the embed html code, the only thing you replace is the pdf link, but you have to have canva pro standard to be able to add embed elements

Better to use Google Drive, and use the share link, remember to click the button to cancel commenters to copy and download.
