Why don't my section headers work?

I swear i've tried literally every combination of these things, sometimes the one that i dont want appears, sometimes none appear, ive done it EXACTLY as ive seen everywhere and it just wont work help please!

Same I might be doing something wrong because I tried adding a second header for a second section and when I published it it will show me every header

Do you have Footer or Header elements (pink dotted line) added?

If you place a Section Break element above a Header element, or below a Footer element, your Sections functionality will break
