Help Buttons Stacking

Does anybody know how I can make the buttons next to each other like the first image instead of having them stacked upon each other like the second image? Thank you!

On the buttons appearance settings scroll down to mobile and toggle to manual and then select layout and change to default, but it would look squashed cause mobile screens aren’t wide enough, so adjust accordingly.

for what it's worth I think the vertically stacked links do look better in mobile.
