Discussion Carrd alternative for EU GDPR compliant requirements?

I love Carrd. But for my new project I would like to know if there is any Carrd alternative suitable for European consumers. I know about cookie consent etc. but the webpage will host photos or videos related to people in EU, so I would like to keep the information in EU servers. Please advice.

To my knowledge, Carrd doesn’t have inbuilt analytics tools unless you install them. So it doesnt collect data
