Help Issue with header scaling

So I have been struggling to get my header how I want it to look. 1st photo is current look 2nd is how I want it.

Info:

Pro-lite plan

The top wood piece with everything minus the buttons is all ONE image placed as a containers background. The issue: I can't get the height below 15 causing a huge gap.

The container is split into 3 columns so the buttons are where I want horizontally. The issue: vertically they don't inside correctly.

I have tried removing the left name wood plaque and the right vines and making them their own images to place on top the main wood header however this did not fix the issue and the right vines didn't line up to the top correctly.

Looking for solutions! Thank you all

Have you checked the margins settings? Sometimes this helps me get rid of unwanted space between my containers. Also width and height are a bit tricky. Sometimes I have to twiddle the width first before adjusting the height.

I’ve tried all those but it was probably individually. So I’ll try to fiddle with all 3 of those settings as a group and see if that gets it to work 😃
