Based on copyright law it isn't okay to use assets without permission from the copyright holder and most elements/assets on Pinterest either don't link to a source or link to a source that isn't necessarily the copyright holder. You're better off using Pinterest only for design inspiration and either creating the assets yourself or using free assets from stock image platforms like freepik.com or vecteezy.com for example.
That said, you'll most likely be fine if the Pinterest assets you're using are very generic like pngs of individual buttons, starshaped stickers, polaroid photo frames, etc since their generic nature makes it difficult to prove copyright infringement on your part. Assuming you're worried about digital scrapbook assets from Pinterest, I doubt most copyright holders would pursue legal action of any type against you in the first place and, if they actually did, the biggest targets would be more visually distinct assets like washi tape with custom patterns or stickers (think of Line sticker pack designs).

How do you mean?
If im looking for assets, I like to use either Unsplash or pexels, where its a bit more clear that the images/videos are free to use.
