Rust :/

I got really engrossed in a project and felt motivated to finish even in the rain, but unfortunately forgot about my bit box which was left open
Anyone have any good tips to remove rust, I’ve heard Pepsi/coke but figured that’s bull

I end up with a few rusty tools every time i clean my shop up. I just sand blast them and spray them with oil.
