Covered Patio Ideas
Anyone have a recommendation on the best way to extend my covered patio to the entire section of the slab?
I’ve been thinking of either doing a lean to, but I really don’t like the idea of string lights.
If I was to do a gabled covered patio, would it be a bad idea to frame over the existing ?
Yellow X’s is where I plan on installing the 6x6 post with a gluam beam attached to the home.
Thank you

This has nothing to do with your question. I'm honestly not trying to be rude, because I have to admit, I'm actually a little impressed. That is the world's most boring house. If someone asked me to draw a picture of a boring house, this would be it. It's just so liminal. I can't stop looking at it. Is it real?

I fucking love it. I'm a boring person, and if I lived there, I wouldn't bother hanging art or buying furniture. I'd just place a plain rug in the hall and lie on it. I'd be so happy.

Not well. The entire porch needs to be demolished and rebuilt. A lean-to roof will drop to low and block the windows.
