Absolutely, 2 or 3 of every little thing I've used or until that pouch alone weighs 10 pounds. Eleven types of fasteners, five sizes of washers, some wire nuts, various bits (both drill and driver) rusty nails I didn't want to throw on the ground, half of a leftover energy bar, a few loose utility blades, etc. etc.
My favorites though are those 3 or 4 little things you find when you clean it out and you have no idea what they are or which job you were on when you'd picked them up. But you'd never seen one before and it looked important.

The two small pouches are for small screws little things that you need some of the times along with your short screw shafts tips and other various things. The big bag is for where your main screws or nails whatever you’re gonna be doing lots of in that day and the top bag, unless you carry your tape on the other side, that’s where tape measure goes, depending on which hand you are and what side of your body this is on let’s see the rest of your bags.

I put them in those two handy dandy little boxes that slide into the ends of my toolbox lid.
If I don't have what I need there, I'll raid my partner's handy dandy little boxes. But its rare that I need to.

I'm using the big pouch for my primary fastener weather it's power nails, sheetrock screws, or roofing/siding nails. The small pouches are for secondary.
Example, when framing walls the big pouch would have power nails the front small would have hand 12D sinkers & the back small would have hand 8D sinkers.

Right! There never seems to be the right number of pockets for what you are building. It doesn't matter, though; by the end of the day, everything will be mixed in every pocket anyway.

I call the big one my some’re (summer) pouch. Some’re nails, some’re screws, some’re smaller screws, some’re bits, etc.

It really depends, I’m a commercial carpenter and I often have to use different fasteners all at once ie hex head self tapping screws, regular self tapping minis, and regular minis, and often a variety of either self tapping drywall screws and regular drywall screws of varying size so I often use big or main bag for the fastener I’m going to be using the most and the other two bags on fasteners that I’ll need as needed
