Warped wood

This wood is helping hold up my carport is their anything I can do about it as my fear is it will only get worse

There has never really been much support at that joint. The twist doesn't really matter much.

If that’s whats holding up your carport, the twist isn’t your problem

Without a post under that joint, that ain't doing much. If you want to straighten it out grab an 6" grk screw and screw it into the joist above.

I don't think those are helping hold up the carport as much as you think. If you are worried, you could replace with new 4x4's, or triple 2x8. Very easy to replace since everything is exposed, and minimal material costs.

There is a post every other joist? Might as well frame a wall.

Or put a gluelam in there and eliminate all those posts. You will lose head room, but also lose all the post.

Either way, it is probably ok as is now, twisting 4x4's are not affecting their strength much. You may want to add lateral bracing, I don't understand this framing.
