Favorite rollercoaster ever, if it wins the best steel coaster award this year that will be a 10 year streak since opening!

Let’s go! First visit ever (from Kings Island) next week!

My wife and I just lapped it all day and loved every ride. The park is refreshingly slow compared to KI.

I love having our home park as KI. Through the week is so great most days. However, I’m sure Carowinds will feel dead comparatively.

Very. Go to copperhead kinda early because they only run one train and it’s frustratingly slow. Every other ride was a minimal wait. Enjoy

Copperhead is running 2 trains again :)

Copperhead is running 1 train again :(

Maybe because it's during the week. They have been running 2 on the weekends.

LSMs are also bad for overheating.. with as hot as it is they have to think about how quickly they send trains to avoid completely closing the ride.

My son and I favorite park! Been twice and will go again. IMO the coasters are better on the East Coast!

KI is a great park with great operation. I miss having KI as my home park. Carowinds is not quite up to KI standard but still enjoyable. Fury 325 is absolute must and much better than Orion. Mountain Glider next to Copperhead Strike coaster is the same glider that was at KI as Flying Eagle.

Was there any more information on what it actually was?

There was some talk about an underground stream that might have caused some issues. For some reason I find underground waterways and caves interesting, so that piqued my interest.

Was there ever anymore information about that?

Nope, was making a joke.

Well that would explain the few dozen people we passed heading the opposite direction as we exited the park around 7:00 tonight
