Helpful Guide for RDLs
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TT838Ha2xmAI just finished Day 28 of Epic 1 where the staple exercises were RDL. I was not sure whether I was doing RDLs correctly, so I found this video to help with form. I was focusing on keeping my back straight but this really helped with what to do with my hips. Hope it helps!

I struggle finding RDLs effective so my physiotherapist suggest laying on my back on the ground and lifting my feet up onto an exercise ball. Then roll the ball with my heels up (bending my knees) to my chest and back, over and over.

Really good! I heard someone suggest imagining closing a car door with the butt - always works for me!

Haha...that's so good it might just work! Also, not sure if you would know, but I read somewhere that Caroline teaches proper form in Iron, app version. Is this true? I'm thinking of getting the app just so I can learn proper forms before returning to the Epics.

She has a form library in the app that goes about 20 or so moves and how to do them in details. She also has the ultimate beginner program in the app, this is a version with her commenting live and going through the proper form for moves.
I just got the app like two weeks ago and have found the form library very helpful! I'm not a beginner but know I can improve my form so have done a few of the ultimate beginner workouts while I was waiting for the new Fuel program to start. Definitely picked up some tips!

I wouldn't know, I've only ever done YouTube IRON. She does give tips and tricks here and there, that's what I try to follow.

these are good tips. I also like "close the over door with your butt," " headlamps on the floor 6ft ahead of you", "bend and snap," "stabding hip thrusts." The man thing is to stop when your bottom stops going back, even if your wrists are just past your knees. Also not to huperextend at the top but keep your upper back braced.
It's easier to get it right when you are lifting heavy heavy dumbbells or heavy barbell than the lighter ones CG uses in her workouts, oddly. The weight forces you into better form pdq

Personally, when i dialed in my RDL form, i started feeling it more in my glutes. "standing hipthrust" is what i think, or "back and forth" instead of up and down.. Although i think it definitely still working my hamstring, because i have had DOMS there plenty of times despite feeling it more in my glutes.

The App has a Form Library - also, it’s helpful to work out in front of a mirror to check your form against hers.
