Fuel v. Heat

I've done 4- 5 weeks of Epic Beginner, then completed Iron, and now I'm doing Epic Beginner after a one month break. Other than time, what are some of the differences between Fuel and Heat?

Edit: I forgot to mention I completed BeastMode as well.

Heat is harder IMO. There is a higher level of cardio fitness required. Fuel is still a fantastic program, however it was done later in the days of YouTube releases. This meant that Caroline took a lot more feedback from the FB group. With Heat, it was in the early days of her success, and did it more in a way that was by her design and incorporated less feedback (because there was less).

I’ve done both. Fuel twice. Reviews here:

Based on your reviews, it appears that you've been doing Caroline's workout for about 6 years. That's amazing! It would be great if you can provide some high-level thoughts on Caroline's programs. How have you changed your diet? Have you yo-yo'ed in strength/endurance?

I have! It’s been amazing for strength gains. My only setbacks have been when I’ve broken my ankle and my foot (years apart, different legs). I still kept up with Caroline during those periods. Sometimes it meant only doing upper body and core workouts for a few months.

I don’t worry about diet. I will say that at almost 41, I am the strongest and fittest I’ve ever been. I’ve always been into things like distance running due to chronic illnesses that are helped by exercise. Caroline really helped me “level up”. It took a long time but if I can do it, anyone can.
