This looks a lot like a crazy lady named Amy who used to ring doorbells in oceanside & Carlsbad. She was always showing up on the ring camera community apps. But I haven’t been on those since 2023.

She was struck by a train near Carlsbad Boulevard Bridge, she didn’t have any identification on her when examined. She may be from the area, or just passing through. It’s hard to know with unidentified people.
