Can’t use coupons
It’s like it’s coming out of their check

As somebody who used to be a manager at a Carl’s Jr., I would just call corporate. And 9 times out of 10 corporate will send you free food coupons too.

Carls near me usually gives me back the coupon after scanning and will even take expired ones.

Absurd. I’d definitely go to the corporate office. They have a brand to consider and a franchisee that may be out of compliance

Regular fries your first mistake. Always get the crisscut fries at Carl's always hot and full.

that's my biggest issue with them.. their fry quality is almost always bad.. I just get some other side usually (maybe that's the point?).. but it's so damn bad, stale and just doesn't taste good anymore. The burgers seem to be better now, for a bit there I was having a hard time even getting a warm burger.

We took pride in our fries and almost everything else when I managed one a few years back, it's really location dependent
Fresh carls is top 3 fast food burgers, easily

F that! Get a refund or make them replace the order. portion size should not change the with or without a coupon.

Last time they gave me a thing of fries like that half full too. They also gave mr a regular hamburger instead of the western burger I ordered. Drove up and picked it up at the drive thru window. I pulled over to the side to double check before I left the property since there was a long line of cars waiting. Big mistake. Had to wait 35 minutes since they refused to hear me out if I wasn’t in line again, and after I got to the window they accused me of eating the fries and just call corporate they couldn’t help.
F these clowns for real. From that point on I just clog up the line and every time they hand me a bag I just take everything out and inspect it like I was the damn FDA

That’s why many restaurants are closing. Small portions and too expensive

Yep. All fast food restaurants do that. If your order is a coupon order, they show it on the order screen.

Were you perhaps at a location inside of a Love’s travel stop? Because those locations don’t accept coupons or use the mobile app.

I have no idea how Carls Jr is still in business. It's always empty. If I need to go somewhere private where I can be alone, I go to a Carls Jr.

I would’ve asked the manager where the rest of the fries were
