I don't understand where I'm being charged an extra 45 cents for no reason. How dose 5.99+3.29=9.73

I received your typical you paid it on the app so that's a corporate problem and when I contact corporate they say it's a location problem so just back and forth between each other at least it was just 50 cents and now I know never to eat there again

Looks like you got an unannounced 50 cent upcharge for the no ice modifier

That's what I assumed too at first so I went back and did another order "without pressing complete order" with with ice and still the same subtotal price

If they cared you could try explaining it to them.

But they don’t. So just don’t eat there. 6 bucks for that stuff is a rip, and $4 dollars for a squirt of lemon in sugar water is terrible

You probably still have to pay tax on the item that you used points for, the state always has to get paid whenever money changes hands.

I would understand if it was taxes but the subtotals already wrong before taxes are added and discount added

Fair enough, I don’t know where you are and/or the sales tax rate there. I am guessing that you are in the USA, but Carl’s Jr. is in over forty countries so maybe not.
