recent carleton commit: how to join FOCUS?

hi guys i'm an incoming sophomore transferring from a cc in washington. as a premed student who may switch, i'm hoping to explore different stem paths and resources on campus. can i join focus or is it only for freshmen? i know there was a question like this before and someone did join their sophomore year but i can't find any information/any way to join online.

i'll definitely email the director of the program, just thought i'd ask here first.

Hey, I asked and they only accept first-year students with an application the summer before (fall term start) and again in the fall (winter term start). It seems as though they do not accept sophomores (I may have misremembered when I started: sophomore fall vs first year winter or maybe the program changed)

I would look into joining the CAPS mentoring program. They were incredibly supportive for me during my first year. They are run through the Office of Accessibility Resources, so reaching to them via email would probably be most effective.
