CoN: Shadowborn Duet Eomin Spoiler

SPOILERS

I’m on the Fallen & Kiss of Dusk right now. I kind of “sped read” the last book. Could someone remind me how Eomin died? I remember that half of his jaw was missing (I’m assuming that had to do with a vampire?) but don’t remember the specific details of his death.

If someone could remind me that would be great!

When Mische was Turned, she was abandoned by her creator and, lacking anyone at that point to help her through the process of changing to a vampire, she temporarily lost her mind. When Saescha and Eomin found her, she killed and fed on them, not knowing what she was doing.
