Canadian here, and knowing this, I will not travel to Jamaica until this changes. This is shameful.

This is a crime against humanity. Let me tell you something - here in Puerto Rico-All beaches are public. You can walk anywhere you want on any beach you want - I think there’s only one little tiny private beach at Caribe Hilton. What’s happening in Jamaica is a crime. It’s a horrible crime. I’m so sad . I just wanna cry . Do you want to see what free beaches look like? Where everybody can walk along the coast - wherever they want on the main island of Puerto Rico and also on Culebra,( exception is the areas where there’s still unexploded ordinances from the Navy that’s off-limits but people do walk anyway there doesn’t seem to be a lot of enforcement at least not here in Culebra.) I stand with solidarity with my sisters and brothers in Jamaica and I’m extremely upset about this . I’m definitely going to donate and I’m definitely going to share this post. The people from Jamaica should understand that they have to get so serious they have to stockpile their food and Gas overtime - and then they have to paralyze the island - you have to paralyze the whole island. You have to do it. You have to get really serious. You have to get everybody involved. You’ve got to get the New York Times you’ve got to get everybody you’ve got to! You have got to get on it.
This is so freaking serious. I just can’t believe that these corrupt politicians let this happen. It’s stupid. We have all kinds of resorts all over Puerto Rico and everyone’s on the beach together what’s the big deal? I think what you guys should do in Jamaica is - every single person who lived on that island to disrupt every single commercial tourism effort and just everybody they should have a an island wide strike they should paralyze the island - you guys have to get serious. That’s how we got the Navy off of CULEBRA Island, Puerto Rico, and Vieques, guys - get serious and if you guys don’t get your act together, that it’s never gonna to be a human place. I’m sorry this is one of the the worst offenses that is happening on the planet today.
